Trevor Hill is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and debt restructuring. Throughout his investment banking career, he has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, technology, and heavy construction. Trevor has successfully completed more than 25 transactions, helping business owners achieve strategic and financial goals.
Before joining ACT, Trevor served for over a decade as Chief Operations Officer at Members Insurance, Inc., a financial services firm specializing in risk management advisory for banks and credit unions. His leadership at the firm strengthened his operational expertise and deepened his understanding of the financial services landscape.
Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California and earned his MBA from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University. He also holds certificates in Finance and Investments.
He currently resides in Edmonds, Washington, with his wife Erika and their two children, Ford and Eden. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending quality time with his family, working on his golf handicap, and being out on the water.
