Todd Harman is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he specializes in guiding Transportation and Logistics companies—and serves the Oregon and Southern Washington markets. With over 30 years of leadership experience in transportation, distribution, telecommunications, and military operations, Todd uniquely blends operational insight with M&A strategy.

Before joining ACT in February 2020, Todd served as a senior executive and co-owner of a dedicated truckload carrier, leading its sale to Celadon Group in 2015. His professional strengths include operations management, process improvement, P&L oversight, sales and marketing, and competitive positioning—a skill set he applies to maximizing value for his clients.

Todd graduated from the United States Naval Academy (B.S.) and holds an MBA from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business. Based in West Linn, Oregon, he continues to leverage his blend of military discipline and business acumen to help owners achieve optimal exits.
