Regan Sander is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, specializing in Debt Placement Advisory and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and valuation, helping clients achieve successful capital strategies and business exits.

Before joining ACT, Regan served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Castle Placement and Director of Investment Banking at Entoro Capital, where he focused on private capital raising mandates. Prior to that, he held the role of Managing Director at Valuation Research and earlier served as Director of Project Finance, Valuation, and Analysis at Arctas Capital Group. During his decade at Arctas, Regan successfully executed over $250 million in debt financings and led five private equity exits.

Regan is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), underscoring his technical expertise and financial rigor. He earned his Executive MBA with Honors from the University of Texas, where he also completed his BBA in Accounting.
