Nick is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors who brings a unique blend of legal and financial expertise to his work in investment banking. He transitioned into the field after spending 13 years as a business attorney, providing him with a strong foundation in deal structuring, negotiation, and client advisory.

In addition to his investment banking work, Nick has experience in real estate investment, business strategy consulting, and working with startups and investor groups focused on early-stage companies. His industry exposure is wide-ranging and includes sectors such as seafood, energy, oil and gas, healthcare/biotech, digital media, real estate, and construction. He has worked closely with business owners, investors, and operators across all stages of growth and transformation.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University. He and his family divide their time between homes near Seattle and Sun Valley, Idaho. An avid skier, Nick enjoys staying close to the mountains and spending as much time on the slopes as possible.
