Neil Paschall is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors and brings five decades of leadership experience spanning corporate executive roles, entrepreneurship, investment banking, and executive coaching. He began his professional journey with PricewaterhouseCoopers and later served as a Managing Director at a nationally recognized U.S.-based middle market investment bank, where he led a wide range of transactions—including capital formation, buy-side, and sell-side engagements.
Over the course of his career, Neil has developed significant expertise in industries such as construction, food processing, agricultural supply chains, and government contracting. His broad and deep sector knowledge has positioned him as a trusted advisor to business owners navigating complex financial and strategic decisions.
Neil earned his degree in International Finance from San Francisco State University, graduating magna cum laude. He has also pursued executive education in Negotiations at Stanford University and completed coursework on Cryptocurrencies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), further enriching his strategic and financial acumen.
He and his wife, Patti, reside in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Shaver Lake, California. Together, they enjoy exploring the serene beauty of the evergreen forest, taking long mountain hikes, and spending time by the area’s pristine alpine lakes.
