Kevin is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he supports business owners across California and the western United States in achieving successful outcomes through mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising strategies.
With a strong foundation in the high-technology sector, Kevin has held senior roles in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at leading companies including AT&T/Pacific Bell, Cisco, and SAP. During his tenure at these firms, he was involved in more than 30 acquisitions, gaining firsthand experience in complex, high-impact transactions. His leadership experience also spans the hospitality and sports & entertainment industries, where he served as CEO, President, and other C-level roles, managing over a dozen sell-side deals for small and lower mid-market businesses across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia.
Kevin has also served on the boards of several companies across software, telecom, financial services, and professional sports. His marketing acumen earned him recognition from Forbes Magazine, which listed his Cisco Powered Network joint marketing program among the Top Ten innovations behind Cisco’s rise to dominance. Additionally, while at Pacific Bell, he authored the book VSATs: A Competitive Threat or Business Opportunity.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, where he was also honored as an All-American water polo athlete.
Since joining ACT Capital Advisors in 2021, Kevin has led transactions across a diverse range of industries, including computer software, IoT and AI, building products, food and beverage, heavy industry, telecom, facility security, consulting, healthcare, hospitality, transportation and logistics, engineering, and medical equipment.
