Kenneth Johnson is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising Boards of Directors and senior leadership teams through complex transactions. His transactional expertise spans a wide range of industries, including Private Equity, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Professional Services, Technology, and Transportation and Logistics. Throughout his career, Ken has served as a trusted senior advisor to Fortune 500 companies, middle-market firms, and early-stage ventures alike.

Prior to joining ACT, Ken held leadership roles in the consulting divisions of prominent organizations such as IBM, PwC, CSC, and most recently, Element 78 Partners. His ability to navigate strategic, operational, and financial challenges has made him a sought-after advisor across varied business environments.

Ken holds both an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School. He has also contributed his expertise as a member of several advisory boards, including Virtus Insurance, LLC and Agile Edge Health, LLC.

Currently residing in Chicago, Illinois, Ken enjoys staying active through cycling and hockey and regularly competes in local golf tournaments.
