Daniel Nicklaus is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he brings over 15 years of experience in finance, commercial banking, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining ACT, Daniel served in senior roles across several financial institutions, including Heritage Bank, Umpqua Bank, and West Coast Bank, specializing in middle-market lending and business development.

Daniel also held a Director of Finance position at Corliss Resources, a family-owned construction and real estate company, where he was directly involved in strategic planning and M&A activity. His diverse background in both lending and operational finance provides him with a unique perspective in helping clients prepare for and execute successful exit strategies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Central Washington University. Daniel is based in the greater Seattle area and remains active in the local business and alumni communities.
