Curt Case serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors. As one of ACT’s original founders, Curt brings over 30 years of experience in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on advising middle-market clients across a wide range of industries. He returned to ACT after several years serving as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at the Geneva Companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Throughout his career, Curt has built a strong reputation for guiding business owners through successful transactions and strategic transitions. Prior to his M&A advisory work, he was actively involved in acquiring, managing, and divesting businesses as a principal in a private equity group, gaining valuable first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners.

Curt is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Captain in the Signal Corps. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and pursued MBA-level studies in Finance and Accounting at LSU, Northeastern University in Boston, and Seattle University.
